We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a large, fast-paced trade-focused operation in Acton. This is a substantial site with a sizeable team, strong existing turnover and significant opportunity for further growth and development. The business is looking for a commercially strong, operationally focused leader who can drive standards, performance and culture across the branch.

You will take responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, leading a large operational team while working closely with senior leadership to support the long-term growth and direction of the site. The role offers genuine autonomy, visibility and influence within the business, suited to somebody who enjoys accountability and making a measurable impact.
