Sales Advisor – Award-Winning Bedroom Retailer | Wigan ShowroomSalary: OTE £31,000Full Time – 5 days over 7Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people make life-changing purchases? Our client, an award-winning bedroom furniture retailer, is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their vibrant team in their Wigan showroom.With one bed sold every minute, their motto is “a good night’s sleep begins with a great bed” and that belief runs through every part of the business. Whether you're helping a customer in-store, online, or over the phone, you'll be part of a team that’s dedicated to helping people sleep better.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Guiding customers through their journey, from initial enquiry to placing an order – whether in person or online.
  • Learning and sharing product knowledge to help customers choose the perfect product for their needs. Full training provided!
  • Creating accurate quotations and following up to ensure customers feel confident and supported.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering clear and helpful information.
  • Achieving sales targets through great service and genuine customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service (face-to-face, phone, or online).
  • positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Ability to learn about products and match them to customer needs.
  • Comfortable working towards individual and team targets.
