Role: Permanent Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the sales teams to create winning strategies that deliver against agreed targets.
- Continually assess the competitive landscape to inform necessary adjustments in go to market strategy.
- Own the company website and lead the development of such to ensure it is serving the business in having a well-defined digital pathway.
- Manage social media content, paid posts, content and content creation and scheduling of content.
- Work with the product team to ensure efficient launch of newness, ensuring all master data is clean and integrates with relevant customer websites.
- Curate photography needs for the business for new products and the refresh of existing assets, manage the process from end to end (studio liaison, logistics, artistic input, quality control).
- Establish and regularly report on KPIs for all campaigns and activity including promotions, website, social media and digital media.
Ideal Candidate:
You will be an experienced, highly resourceful, dynamic marketing professional, with a demonstrable record in channel marketing, where digital has played a key role. Direct or related furniture industry is preferred. However, results orientation and a passion for customer success, and a strong track record in marketing are the most important characteristics you possess.
