If you’re looking for stable employment where you can build a long-term career without constantly moving between sites, we’d love to hear from you.What's in it for you?£808 per weekPermanent, full-time employmentPaid holiday entitlementLong-standing quarry operation with ongoing workPredictable hours and year-round employmentMonday to Friday working pattern, typically 7am to 5pmModern plant and equipmentStable employment with long-term career prospectsFree on-site parkingThe RoleAs a Bulldozer Operator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Ravenhead Quarry, supporting material movement, stockpile management and site development activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and productivity.Responsibilities include:Operating bulldozers safely and efficiently across the quarry siteCarrying out grading, levelling and material handling activitiesManaging stockpiles and haul road maintenanceSupporting quarry production and site improvement projectsConducting daily plant checks and reporting defectsWorking closely with the Site Manager and wider operational teamMaintaining high Health & Safety standards at all timesKeeping work areas safe, tidy and operationalWhat We're Looking ForPrevious bulldozer operating experienceCPCS, NPORS or equivalent plant certificationExperience within quarrying, aggregates, earthworks or construction environmentsStrong commitment to Health & SafetyReliable and professional approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role on a long-standing quarry operation offering genuine job stability, predictable working hours and year-round employment.
