We’re recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join McCarthy Recruitment as part of our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone currently working in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or another people-focused role who is looking to move into a professional career with clear progression, structured training and uncapped earning potential. No recruitment experience is required — full training and support will be provided.
The Role
- Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
- Supporting recruitment campaigns from start to finish
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertising roles and sourcing suitable applicants
- Managing interview processes and offers
- Working closely with an experienced, supportive team while you learn the role
This is a fast-paced, varied role with plenty of opportunity to develop new skills.
