What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of recruitment for your region, delivering tailored strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and headhunting—to attract top talent.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a personalised and professional experience at every stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to support interviews, provide feedback, and manage the offer process.
- Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organisation’s values and career opportunities.
What We’re Looking For in a Recruiter:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within healthcare, professional services, or a multi-site environment.
- Strong sourcing skills—you’re not reliant on job ads and know how to find hidden talent.
- A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
