What We’re Looking For in a Recruiter:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within healthcare, professional services, or a multi-site environment.
- Strong sourcing skills—you’re not reliant on job ads and know how to find hidden talent.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
