What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across the Northwest and Northeast regions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a 3-year growth strategy aligned with the company’s expansion goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead multiple projects, managing critical paths, deadlines, and expectations across the supply chain
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and sales strategy
  • Deliver monthly reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales management or business development within the furniture industry
  • Strong knowledge across all furniture categories and customer segments
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organised with strong reporting and planning capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel across the region and occasionally stay overnight
  • Full UK driving licence (clean, with no pending convictions)
