Job Title: Sales Advisor
Salary: OTE £31,000
Location: Helsby, Cheshire
Role: Permanent

Were looking for an exceptional relationship builder with experience of identifying, investigating and resolving customer service and service delivery issues. You will ensure customers needs are always met and go the extra mile to live up to the brand culture and values.

SALES ADVISOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributing to and driving sales through excellent service and developing relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and converting inbound leads
  • Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to customers to help advise on the best product for them to purchase
  • Responsible for the customer journey, from processing all correct information onto final order
  • Producing detailed and accurate quotations for customers, including finance agreements
  • Managing own quotations lists
  • Adhering to sales team standards checklist
