What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a national field sales team focused on bathroom retail and merchant sales
  • Drive performance through CRM discipline, sales process execution, and commercial acumen
  • Build a high-performing, accountable culture focused on strategic, solution-led selling
  • Own senior-level distributor and showroom relationships, supporting annual trading negotiations
  • Drive sales growth through independent retailers, national buying groups, and merchant networks
  • Deliver impactful sales-out activity including training, incentives, and showroom execution
  • Identify and build relationships with key buying groups in the bathroom and KBB sector
  • Develop tailored commercial strategies to support long-term success in this channel
  • Act as the voice of the market, feeding insights to marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Support national campaigns and product launches with field-based execution
  • Collaborate on stock forecasting, training, and POS delivery

What Were Looking For:

  • 35 years experience in sales management within the bathroom or KBB industry
  • Proven success managing field-based teams in retail, merchant, or distributor environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of trade pricing, rebates, and retail margins
  • Experience developing buying group or national retail accounts
  • Confident communicator and influencer at all levelsfrom showroom staff to senior buyers
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally (and occasionally internationally)
