We're recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for a well-established manufacturing business that has recently invested over £4 million in automation and site improvements and is committed to raising standards across the organisation. This is a company on a journey, looking for a Health & Safety professional who can help shape the next chapter, influence behaviours, challenge legacy thinking and drive a genuine culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
