Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a robust sales pipeline through leads, cold calls, client meetings, and relationship management. Build strong networks across schools, trusts, contractors, and architects, understanding their buying processes. Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships. Manage and inspire the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert opportunities into results. Convert quotes to sales with a target ratio of 1:3. Use our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report all sales activity. Enthusiastic, persuasive, and results-driven with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in commercial sales, particularly within schools, trusts, construction, facilities management, or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
