About the Role
We are recruiting a Store Manager to lead a store in a friendly, high-footfall location that plays a key part in supporting brides during one of the most important moments of their lives. This role requires a confident leader who can balance exceptional service with strong commercial results, while maintaining a beautifully presented and well-run store.
You’ll oversee a dynamic team, manage daily operations, and ensure that every bride and their family enjoys a memorable, supportive and personalised experience from the moment they walk through the door. This environment suits a manager who enjoys both the buzz of a busy shop floor and the challenge of driving performance across KPIs, stock, standards and staff development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI goals
- Managing operational excellence across stock, tills, store presentation, and staffing in a fast-paced setting
- Creating a welcoming, organised, and professional environment even during peak trading hours
- Using sales and performance data to drive decisions and create action plans
- Recruiting, training and empowering your team to deliver excellent customer service under pressure
- Responding to challenges quickly and confidently, using your initiative and experience
- Handling customer queries and escalations with empathy, speed and professionalism
