What You'll Be Doing:

- Driving exciting promotional activities, monthly offers, and planogram execution to maximise sales opportunities.
- Operating mechanical equipment (forklifts, saw mills, paint mixing, etc.) with confidence and efficiency.
- Taking the lead on sales initiatives, encouraging your team to push boundaries and smash targets.
- Setting the standard by leading from the front and ensuring all company procedures are adhered to at every level.
