What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the store's day-to-day operations with passion and precision from opening to closing, and everything in between.
- Motivating and guiding your shopfloor team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Managing recruitment, performance, appraisals, and creating a culture that thrives on growth and collaboration.
- Taking charge of stock availability, visual merchandising, and store presentation to ensure every detail is perfect.
- Driving exciting promotional activities, monthly offers, and planogram execution to maximise sales opportunities.
- Operating mechanical equipment (forklifts, saw mills, paint mixing, etc.) with confidence and efficiency.
- Taking the lead on sales initiatives, encouraging your team to push boundaries and smash targets.
- Setting the standard by leading from the front and ensuring all company procedures are adhered to at every level.
