What Youll Be Doing:

  • Take full ownership of contract sales development across the UK & Ireland
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in BTR, PBSA, leisure, and housing sectors
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, developers, and industry influencers
  • Develop and execute a 5-year growth strategy with clear go-to-market plans and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage multiple projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and critical paths
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform product development and strategic decisions
  • Deliver monthly reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior leadership

  • Strong understanding of project-based sales and the full product lifecycle
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organised with strong reporting and planning capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland, with occasional overnight stays
  • Full UK driving licence (clean, with no pending convictions)
