How will you have impact?

  • Coach and challenge leaders to adopt pragmatic, pacey people practices that stick in the operation.
  • Own the data and narrative; use people metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, and communicate progress plainly.
  • Deliver quick wins while laying foundations for sustainable change (policies, comms, governance).

What you'll bring?

  • Retail or hospitality pedigree or similar environments where you are used to high volume, high velocity environments and many balls in the air.
  • Strategic & hands-on capability; you can set direction and personally make things happen.
  • Independent initiative; comfortable working autonomously, making sound calls, and moving fast.
  • Sound ER & employment law judgement, with the pragmatism to solve problems, not create them.
  • Data-literate and commercially minded, able to justify decisions and investments.
