How will you have impact?
- Stabilise and accelerate a live transformation programme, aligning people plans to delivery milestones and commercial outcomes.
- Diagnose and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction and speed up decision-making.
- Coach and challenge leaders to adopt pragmatic, pacey people practices that stick in the operation.
- Own the data and narrative; use people metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, and communicate progress plainly.
- Deliver quick wins while laying foundations for sustainable change (policies, comms, governance).
What you'll bring?
- Retail or hospitality pedigree or similar environments where you are used to high volume, high velocity environments and many balls in the air.
- Strategic & hands-on capability; you can set direction and personally make things happen.
- Independent initiative; comfortable working autonomously, making sound calls, and moving fast.
- Sound ER & employment law judgement, with the pragmatism to solve problems, not create them.
- Data-literate and commercially minded, able to justify decisions and investments.
