We're looking for a Data Systems Support Apprentice who's ready to dive into the world of data, develop technical skills, and make a real impact on our operations. A Day in the Life
Expect Variety, Learning, and Real Responsibility
From day one, you'll be part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Data Technician Level 3 qualification. You'll be exposed to industry-standard tools like SQL, Power BI, and R (full training provided!), and you'll play a key role in how we manage and analyse our business and compliance data.
Your role will include:
- Logging, maintaining, and updating data in our CRM and internal databases
- Learning the ins and outs of data classification and reporting (don't worry, we'll train you!)
- Supporting the management of digital systems and data processes
- Using Excel and other tools to record and analyse technical data, supporting decision-making
- Assisting with weekly reconciliation and data audits
- Liaising with clients, partners, and labs to resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly
- Helping generate reports, summaries, and audit information for different audiences
- Getting involved in system development projects and process improvements
- Developing your skills in data visualization and reporting
