Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northampton for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting McCarthy Hire's LEV and air quality solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating leads
- Preparing quotations
- Negotiating
- Achieving sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in internal sales, account management or customer service
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in generating leads and achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of LEV systems and air quality control solutions, or a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in managing customer accounts and using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proactive nature and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
