Contract: part‑time, 33.5 hours per week.
Pay: £15.75 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 per hour for sleep‑in nights. Additional compensation: £10.53 per sleep shift and £1 per hour for night shift weekend uplift (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday).
Shift pattern: 4:15 pm to 9:00 am on alternating weekends. Duty Managers sleep between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, providing emergency support during those hours.
