McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Relief Care & Support Assistant to join their team at Thomas Court estate in Cardiff.
Base Salary: £11.58 per hour plus additional pay (see below)
Hours: To be agreed with the Estate Manager

About the role: As a Relief Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their independence and wellbeing. Your duties include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, transport, shopping, and escorting residents as needed. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to make a positive difference using your people skills.
About you: You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in care or support. You have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team. You are committed to delivering excellent customer service. A QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) is preferred, but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
