BRAND NEW DEVELOPMENT OPENING –

McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our brand new development, Violet Place in Bagshot.

Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!

Package: £40,.68 plus benefits + career Progression

In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!

Hours: 38.75 pers week

Development Information: Located on London Road, McCarthy & Stone is planning a range of stylish, modern and beautifully presented Retirement Living PLUS properties in the desirable village of Bagshot. The proposed development will include 18 one-bed apartments and 28 two-bed apartments with balconies.

  • Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.

  • Have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
