Pay
Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour plus 43p per mile travel expenses and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Domestic support and housekeeping
- Weekly homeowner apartment cleans
- Laundry service and communal area cleaning
- Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
- Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments
Additional Opportunities
Opportunity to develop skills and train further to become a Duty Manager if desired.
Qualifications
- A caring personality and the want to make a difference to people's lives.
- Experience of domestic cleaning is ideal, or experience working in a customer care or service role in a similar environment such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services or caring for a family member.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning.
- Considerate, patient and professional.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Hardworking diligent nature and good time keeping.
- Providing personalized support to residents, helping them make the most of their retirement living experience.
