Role Overview: As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be at the heart of creating a vibrant and engaging community for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing a diverse range of events and activities catering to the interests and preferences of our residents.
• Building strong relationships with residents to understand their needs and desires, ensuring their satisfaction and happiness.
• Collaborating with local businesses, organizations, and volunteers to enhance the offerings available to our residents.
• Promoting a sense of community and belonging through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
• Providing personalized support to residents, helping them make the most of their retirement living experience.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for improving the lives of others, particularly older adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a talent for planning and executing events and activities.
• Creativity and innovation to continuously enhance the community experience for our residents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of residents and the community.
• Previous experience in a similar role or working with older adults is advantageous but not essential.
