McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead the team at our Stowe Place development in Lichfield, Staffordshire. If you have experience as a Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, or Care Home Manager, we are actively recruiting and would love to hear from you.
Package: £38,000 plus benefits + Career Progression AND BONUS. In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional uncapped bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,000!
Hours: 38.75 per week (mixture of weekday and weekend shifts).
Development Information: This is one of our newest developments which features a beautifully designed communal lounge, landscaped gardens, and a bistro style restaurant.

About you: You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people. You are committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy, and empowered to live life to the full. You should have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team. A QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector is required (consideration will be given to those who are in the process of completing their qualification too). You should be a confident and experienced people manager who can bring the best out of their team. Experience of running senior living or care development and an understanding of the Health and Safety, property management, and budgetary requirements needed to do this successfully is essential.
