• Expertise in soft skills development and technical training.

• Confidence in maximising LMS functionality to deliver exceptional eLearning experiences.

• Strong ability to coach, communicate, and influence at all levels.

• A forward-thinking approach to L&D trends and technologies.

You will have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• The ability to learn policies and procedures quickly and efficiently.

• Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Skilled in fostering positive teamwork and contributing to shared goals.

• Time management, resilient, flexible, multi-tasking, tenacious and agile.
