As a Care Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Experience
- A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults.
- A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.

Position Details
- Hours: 20 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager).
- Pay: Starting at £13.70 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £15.00 depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.
