McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Estate Manager to lead the team at our stunning development, Lambrook Court in Bath.

Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!

Package: £ 36, .00 plus benefits + Career Progression

In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!

Hours: 38.75 per week

Development Information: Lambrook Court - Constructed in Lambrook Court is a stunning development by multi award-winning retirement specialist McCarthy Stone. A ‘Retirement Living Plus’ development designed for independent living for those aged over 70.

  • Have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
