Overview
As a Care Supervisor, you\\\βll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
- You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Contract
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 25 hours per week, with a mixture of day, evening shifts, and sleeping nights including weekdays and weekends.
- Pay: Β£14.51 per hour day rate. Β£12.24 per hour sleeping night rate.
