Are you a communications expert with a passion for customer engagement?
McCarthy Stone, the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities, is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager due to the post holder securing an internal promotion. This person will need to be passionate and dynamic and will join our team on a fixed-term contract or secondment. In this pivotal role, you will lead the communication and engagement strategy for over 22, homeowners and tenants across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop, manage, and deliver a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy, ensuring impactful and consistent messaging across all channels.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including digital, print, and events, aligning with McCarthy Stone’s values and mission.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Colleague Engagement Manager and other departments to ensure unified communications for both customers and colleagues.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly measure the effectiveness of communications and seek opportunities for improvement, using customer feedback and Net Promoter Score data to enhance service delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for all customer communications.
About You:
Experience: 3+ years in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, or a related field, with a proven track record in delivering successful communication strategies.
Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and colleagues.
Attributes: Highly organized, creative, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
