This is an excellent opportunity for a Care Manager with strong leadership and CQC knowledge to lead a dispersed team delivering person-centred domiciliary care that enables residents to live independently and safely in their own homes. As a Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services across multiple McCarthy and Stone developments. You will lead a team of Field Care Supervisors and Mobile Care Assistants, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalised care.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a mobile care team across multiple developments
- Delivering person-centred care planning to promote independence and wellbeing
- Maintaining full CQC compliance and regulatory standards
- Managing care assessments, risk assessments, and care reviews
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and staff development
- Monitoring care quality, safeguarding, and service standards
- Supporting the growth and development of domiciliary care services
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and local communities
Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Registered Care Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience managing care teams and service performance
- Background in care assessments, care planning, and safeguarding
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven care management experience
- Experience managing remote or dispersed care teams
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
