About the Role
This dual role combines Personal Care and Domestic Services. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers, and Care Performance Manager to deliver bespoke personal care and lifestyle services, including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, medication support, domestic tasks, companionship, and wellbeing activities. You will also maintain communal areas and support homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.

- Maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard.

Qualifications & Skills
- Valid full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Previous experience in a care environment preferred but not essential; Level 2 Health and Social Care ideal.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and time‑management ability.
- Willingness to travel between developments and work rota basis, including early mornings, late evenings, and alternate weekend shifts.
Location & Travel
Across Chester & surrounding areas. Travel expenses fully reimbursed and mileage paid at 43p per mile. Parking available on site. Uniform and mobile phone provided.
Working Hours & Compensation
Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 for evening and weekend hours. Part‑time hours available per week. Rota basis includes mornings, evenings, and alternate weekend shifts between 7am‑10pm.
