McCarthy Stone are looking for experienced Care Supervisors, to be part of the team at our Lancer House development in Colchester, Essex.
You must have previous experience of working in the UK in a Senior Care position and have a L3 in Health and Social Care to be considered for this role. McCarthy Stone do not offer sponsorship; we will only be considering UK based applications.
This is not traditional care, this is better!
Base Salary : £13.56 per hour day rate and £11. 44 SLEEPING night rate per hour plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday
Hours: 33 hours a week, mixture of day and evening shifts, weekday and weekends available.
Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.
Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.
