As a Care Assistant, you will enable residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Each day is diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.

Position Details
Hours: 20 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager).
Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 depending on weekend and evening shifts.
