About the role: As a Care Assistant you will provide the highest quality of individual care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans, and support and encourage residents to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. You will help them book appointments, arrange transport, escort them on visits, and assist with their shopping.
Location: Lambrook Court, Bath, Somerset.

- Support and encourage residents to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.
- Help residents book appointments, arrange transport, escort them on visits, and assist with shopping.
- Experience working in a care or support environment.
- Passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people and ability to work as part of a team in a busy work setting.
- Driven to deliver excellent customer service.
- Preferred: QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification; alternative qualifications and relevant experience also considered.
- Hourly rate: £13.70 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours.
- Hours: 18 per week on a rota basis that includes working every other weekend. Shifts will either be 8am‑2pm or 4pm‑10pm.
