We are looking for a Creative Director to workacrossthe most excitingand impactful global brands, working on multi-award winning social and influencer campaigns.
A conceptual thinker with a passion for the pulse of digital culture and the ability to translate strategy into groundbreaking social first ideas, advocacy led content, product launches and purpose driven work across all media.
The Part You’ll Play…
The Creative Director is our creative dynamo, a self-starter who ideates content that doesn\’t just capture attention but sparks a sense of belonging online and we’re looking for someone who is ready to take this step. You’llbe expected tooversee work from other creatives to produce brilliant work. Creating campaigns that live in social but go beyond the platforms and become part of popular culture. You\’re all about ownership, accountability, and an unwavering passion for collaborative creativity, ensuring our content ignites and builds vibrant online communities.
You will oversee other teams and ideate in your own right to develop creative ideasthat get everyone talking on social media. You will champion creative excellence, upskill the team and push the boundaries of creative output for the department.
As part of the McCann Content Studios, you will have the backing of one of the UK’s largest and most awarded networks. You will work with a wider dedicated social and influencer team. You will need to come up with social specific ideas and work with production and our in-house content creators to bring those ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and come up with ideas for visually captivating and audience-engaging content.
Keep your finger on the pulse of platform tools and adapt content ideas accordingly.
Embrace fast-paced teamwork, seize trending moments, and foster a proactive attitude toward content creation.
Experience of collaboration with a wider integrated team.
Collaborate closely with other Creative Directors and other creative teams to bring creative concepts to life.
A passion and understanding of social platforms – creating and curating content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
Boast a strong online presence with a track record of crafting engaging content and knowledge of what works on different channels.
Proficiency in wielding creative tools and platforms, from Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to Canva and everything new that the ad-tech/production-tech world throws our way.
Fluent in the distinct content styles of various social media platforms.
A portfolio of similarsocial creativework to be able to demonstrate your experience and knowledge.
Experience working with or for high profile consumer brands.
