The EMEA Lead role is a key role within the growing MCS Team leading both Social and Influencer for a new client across the EMEA region. A bit about the EMEA Lead role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Managing Partner level individual to lead our EMEA operations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the strategy, client relationships, team performance, and operational success initially for the 4 locations of this specific client team, with a longer term view to taking on more responsibility more broadly across the London MCS team. This is a senior leadership role, working hand in hand with our Global Head of MCS and London senior team that requires an individual with a deep understanding and experience of social advertising, exceptional strategic thinking, and a passion for fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
What we’ll expect from you:
Leadership & Development:
- Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to our team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff across EMEA, ensuring a high level of talent retention and team engagement.
- Manage performance and set objectives for direct reports, conducting regular reviews and fostering growth within the team.
- Encourage a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting diversity and a forward-thinking culture.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners across EMEA.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
- Drive new business development and lead pitch processes to win new clients, identifying strategic opportunities within existing accounts.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns and projects, meeting deadlines, budgetary requirements, and performance KPIs.
- Optimise operational efficiency, streamlining workflows and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of social advertising innovation.
Financial Management:
- Oversee the financial performance of the EMEA business and ensuring profitability while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Set and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A proven expert in all things social. You’ll have a deep practical understanding of Social Media and how it compliments other channels, specifically Digital Media, Influencer Marketing, PR and Broadcast.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape, the evolving trends in digital advertising across the EMEA region, and an ability to demonstrate its value to brands business goals.
- Multi-sector experience working across a number of accounts simultaneously while managing and developing your team.
- Proven ability to grow client business and lead conversations around social platforms, latest developments and trends, social creative best practice, influencer marketing, paid social and social insights & analytics.
- An affinity for business with demonstrable experience in developing first class strategic social campaigns and pitching for new business.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to execute innovative ideas that deliver measurable results.
