We’re building a new, social-first creative team at McCann Content Studios, based in McCann Central’s London office in Liverpool Street. This is an opportunity to help shape something from the ground up, working on major brands while pushing how they show up in culture. There are two roles open. If you’re a creative team, apply together. If you’re applying solo, that works too. You’ll have your own space in the team but collaboration is key. We’re after creatives who move fast, think sharp, and don’t wait to be asked. People who get brands, understand culture, and know how to create work that audiences actually care about. If your background doesn’t follow a straight line—maybe you’ve pivoted, built a following on social, or found your own way into the industry—even better. What matters is what you bring.
Who are we? McCann Content Studios London is part of McCann Central, a group of creative agencies dedicated to telling the truth and telling it well. We are a global hub for social and influencer capabilities. The division combines creative services, audience development, creator partnerships, and performance measurements under one single entity and boasts a suite of unrivalled propriety tools. MCS's client roster includes Predator, Qatar Airways, and Mastercard.
What you’ll do:
- Be part of shaping a new creative team from the start
- Develop social-first ideas that grab attention and get brands noticed
- Work independently but collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and other creatives
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform shifts to keep work relevant
- Experiment with new ways of storytelling, design, and motion
- Work across big brands and unexpected, fast-moving clients
Who you are:
- A social-first creative with a specialism in copy, art direction, or motion design
- Solid grasp of major platforms and how to make brands stand out on each
- Passionate about culture, trends, and the way people interact with content
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and always looking to push an idea further
- Happy working solo, but thrives in a team environment
- A decent person who’s up for experimentation
Your Specialism:
- If you’re a Copywriter: You write in a way that feels effortless and real. You get how brands should sound and can craft everything from bold campaign lines to reactive copy that cuts through.
- If you’re an Art Director: You create visuals that stop the scroll. You know how to design for different platforms and understand the balance of speed, quality, and impact.
- If you’re a Motion Designer: You make content move in a way that grabs attention. Fast edits, slick animations, native formats—you know what works and why.
This isn’t just another job. It’s a chance to build something new, work with huge brands, and make creative that actually matters. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
