Right now, weâre looking for a Research Executive to join our growing team. If youâre a creative and strategic thinker with an ability to spot insights and bring truth to your research, then weâd like to talk to you! Weâre looking for someone who knows how to get under the skin of the consumer, loves quantitative and qualitative research, and can decipher market and consumer issues â with the ultimate mission âto find the truth that drives effective creativity â.

Requirements
As a Research Executive you will have the opportunity to work across different industries and with awesome clients. You\’ll develop good relationships across all departments, working closely with Account/Project Management colleagues, and liaising closely with the Creative/Design department and Strategy.
The Research Executive will:
Be involved in projects from beginning to end from supporting at the proposal stage to analysis and presenting the debrief at the latter project stages.
Help carry out a variety of tasks throughout the project process (such as data analysis, reviewing surveys, liasing with suppliers etc.) and work to project deadlines.
Support on the production of research materials such as questionnaires/discussion guides for clients and work with all stakeholders to ensure relevant and useful.
Assist in the analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data sets and drawing useful conclusions from the insight being able to present these conclusions in the most appropriate and engaging manner.
Personal Skills & Experience
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills are a must !
Show awareness and/or understanding of different types of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Professional and personable, able to communicate ideas and insights effectively and succinctly
Youâll be a good listener, able to give examples of how you apply your listening skills in a business context
An interest in Ai and what it can bring to the research offering
We need creative thinkers; people who can generate new ideas and apply them to our clientsâ brands
Youâll be team-focused, understand what makes a team successful and demonstrate how you contribute to a great team
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
IT literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a bonus!)
Some agency or marketing team work experience or an internship would be advantageous but not essential. We prefer to hire people who come with the right attitude and behaviours and can demonstrate a passion for marketing and communications.
Relevant undergraduate and masters degree would be desirable
Literate and numerate â having an ability to write well (including your application for the job, we donât like typos or grammatical errors!) and demonstrable number skills is essential
