The Role
Youâll be our go-to expert in PowerPoint , able to turn complex concepts into clean, visually stunning decks that resonate with clients and colleagues alike. From managing file sizes with precision to crafting seamless transitions, you know every detail that makes a presentation sing . Youâll work across multiple projects, ensuring every piece is not only beautiful but built to the highest functional standard.
Youâll have a keen eye for branding, layout, and typography, and an instinct for building templates that anticipate needs before they arise. Your workflow is proactive â while the rest of us are thinking about next weekâs deadline, youâve already designed the template that will make it shine.
What Youâll Do
· Design and produce compelling, on-brand presentations for internal and client-facing work.
· Maintain expert-level file management to optimise performance without sacrificing quality.
· Develop, evolve, and maintain templates, ensuring consistency across all teams and projects.
· Implement advanced transitions, animations, and visual enhancements to elevate storytelling.
· Manage multiple briefs with tight deadlines, keeping a cool head and meticulous eye for detail.
· Partner with creative, strategy, and client teams to bring ideas to life in presentation form.
What You Bring
· Expert-level PowerPoint skills (including master templates, advanced animations, file optimisation).
· Strong graphic design sensibility and understanding of layout, typography, and brand systems.
· Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders with grace and accuracy.
· Proactive approach â you donât just respond to needs, you anticipate them.
· Experience working in a fast-paced creative or agency environment.
