The Role of Junior Retoucher
Regarded as one of the best within McCann’s global network, McCann Manchester’s creative studio is immersed in the latest technologies and offers a successful personal development program that helps individuals shine. Due to increased workload, we are now seeking a Junior Retoucher to join our busy Creative Studio team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising Adobe Photoshop to manipulate images as required.
- Liaising with other members of the retouching team and wider agency, including account managers and photographers.
- Working closely with creative teams to manipulate images according to the brief.
- Proactively suggesting alternative layout solutions and discussing them with creative and production teams.
Requirements for the Junior Retoucher
The successful candidate will have practical experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience in retouching is advantageous but not essential; a strong desire to learn and a passion for creativity are most important. You should possess a keen eye for detail and an understanding of digital media production processes.
