About the Role (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our client services team on a 12-month FTC, helping us deliver fully integrated, creatively ambitious campaigns for major international brands. You’ll work closely with our strategists and creatives to bring ideas to life across every channel from concept to execution. Agency experience helps, but it’s your energy, attitude, and ability to make great work happen that matter most.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creation and delivery of integrated campaigns (including TVC) across all touchpoints
  • Build strong, warm, trusted relationships with clients
  • Shape smart, insight-led briefs with planning and guide creative teams to outstanding execution
  • Keep projects running seamlessly managing teams, timelines, budgets and momentum
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships
  • Champion McCann Leeds’ approach: strategically led, creatively fearless, integrated thinking
