We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for an HR Coordinator to come and join us. Armbands optional.

The Part You’ll Play as HR Coordinator…

  • Take ownership of the payroll spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information and liaising with Payroll to ensure all salary changes are accurately processed and on time.
  • Follow and seek improvement for our HR processes, ensuring all stakeholders deliver to their process step so we are audit compliant.

  • Track all documents and ensure all files are up-to-date
  • Regular upkeep of HR systems (Workday/TalentWise and Benefits Portals) ensuring changes are made in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Produce ad hoc reports using our HR systems, for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Collate and report on HR data to the wider team to understand trends and room for improvement.
  • Ensure the relevant sections of the intranet are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Be responsible for the work experience programme, liaising with internal departments and generating paperwork.
  • Raise purchase orders for invoices and credit card purchases and reconcile the monthly statement.
  • Maintain an awareness of HR best practice at all times.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal and external training courses where required.
  • Own and assist the HR team with ad hoc projects and duties as needed.

Self Development

  • Be a learning ambassador across the agency, proactively looking for development opportunities and actively participating in our learning and development initiatives.
  • Assume joint responsibility with Line Manager for regularly reviewing performance and personal development.
  • Demonstrate a positive, solutions orientated attitude.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by their Manager from time to time.

What we’re looking for in the HR Coordinator:

Nice to have:
