As we continue to develop our internal finance function, we’re looking for an ambitious Commercial Financial Executive.

What are we looking for?
We are recruiting a Commercial Finance Executive to support our fast-paced Finance Department. The role involves providing high-quality support to business teams, managing work in progress, and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing. You will ensure compliance with processes and best practices, assist account teams, and help navigate finance systems to maintain a healthy work in progress.
The role involves:
- Understanding and managing WIP and billing fundamentals; monitoring profitability and budgets.
- Preparing work-in-progress reports and monitoring WIP & billing for clients or divisions.
- Developing and maintaining monthly reports.
- Supporting the implementation of new information systems or technologies.
- Maintaining master data in systems according to standards and performing ad hoc financial tasks.
- System maintenance including estimate approvals, billing profiles, and job closing.
- Participating in month-end close processes for accurate management reports.
- Monitoring client fees, analyzing performance vs. targets, and tracking POs.
This role requires travel within the UK to our various office locations.
