We are offering various entry-level administration rolesacross various departments. Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding. The following are some of the various tasks that fall within the roles on offer: Speaking with clients and their lenders over the telephone Gathering info such as clients\’ income and expenditure, payslips, bank statements etc and processing these accordingly Assessing Debtors for available options Entering data collected/ information into our in-house database system Updating software system / DMS with all case-related information and tasks Creating reports, and letters from our database and attach to email Drafting letters (templates are provided) Keeping a record of payments in and out to and from clients and creditors Keeping creditors up to date on payments made in by clients Opening and closing of bank accounts Taking fees and payments via debit card or direct debit Comparing database to reports daily to ensure records are correct Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Full training provided If you are interested and have experience working in a customer service, finance admin or office admin environment or have a relevant qualification please submit a CV, We are a family-run and family-orientated Company, with approximately 150 staff, who pride ourselves on our offering of debt solutions to our clients. Our main focus is on ethics, excellent client care and a commitment to facilitating a warm and inclusive culture for our employees. Our working hours are between 8am and 5.30pm, we close over Christmas to allow our staff a much-desired annual leave period at this time of year and our holiday allowance policy is comparatively generous.
