This entry‑level position is ideal for someone with admin or customer service experience who wants to build a meaningful career. You’ll support our clients by reviewing documents, resolving queries, and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Speaking with clients and creditors over the phone to resolve queries
- Reviewing and processing documents such as income/expenditure forms, payslips, and bank statements
- Assessing financial information to determine available debt solutions
- Entering client data into our in‑house database system
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date case records across our systems
- Drafting letters and client correspondence using templates
- Generating and attaching reports and letters to emails
- Monitoring client and creditor payments and keeping detailed records
- Using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for general admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- 2+ years of admin or customer service experience
- Experience with financial services or insolvency is a plus but not essential
- Strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Resides within commuting distance to our Derry office
