Seeking a full-time role with a 37-hour workweek? We are seeking Debt Advisors to assist individuals facing financial difficulties.

In this role, you will communicate with potential clients via phone and online platforms, assessing their financial situations and providing tailored debt solutions.
You will guide clients through available options, ensuring they understand their choices and helping them take the necessary steps toward financial stability.
Key Responsibilities Offering the best possible debt advice and guidance to those in financial difficulty, to include: Dealing with incoming queries by phone and by email from potential clients Reviewing financial options with clients and sending out the relevant documents Input clients details into systems Follow up calls to potential clients General Administration Liaising with clients and creditors via telephone Assist fellow colleagues as and when required What we are looking for A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
2 years of experience in a similar role, such as customer service, general office work, or contact centre experience.
Knowledge of insolvency processes, financial services, or , as well as an understanding of debt solutions, would be highly advantageous but is not essentialfull training will be provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
