The Opportunity
McCallion Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial builds to be based at one of our project sites in Northern Ireland. As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring programme targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and client expectations are consistently met.
What you will deliver:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractor teams.
- Drive programme and quality targets in line with company standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety compliance and Quality Assurance.
- Maintain accurate site records and assist project manager with progress reports and documentation.
- Support procurement and materials management to meet programme requirements.
What you bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction environments.
- Preferably an engineering or construction-related qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of construction trades, techniques and H&S standards.
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- IT skills (MS Office; project reporting tools).
- Willingness to travel to sites across Ireland as required.
- CSR black card or SMSTS certification.
