The Opportunity

We are looking for a Site Clerk to be based at one of our project sites in Northern Ireland. The Site Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to site operations by maintaining accurate records, monitoring site documentation, and ensuring all paperwork is properly uploaded and filed. The role will support the site management team in maintaining compliance, tracking deliveries, and managing daily operational records.

What you will deliver:

  • Maintain and update the Site Diary.
  • Manage site attendance records and upload documentation to projects management platforms.
  • Conduct and record daily environmental and noise monitoring activities.
  • Maintain welfare and site compliance records.
  • Monitor, record, and track all site deliveries and collections.
  • Provide administrative support to the site management team.
  • Ensure all documentation is organised, compliant, and readily available for audits and inspections.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or construction site support role preferred.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
