McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are specialists in introducing experienced Education Recruitment Consultants to Education recruitment agencies in London and throughout the UK. We work as a partner supporting all agencies hiring in either Primary, Secondary/ FE and SEND.

You will be considered if:

  • You have a minimum of two years experience working in Education recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant
  • You have experience winning new business with new schools
  • You have a proven record of billing well booking in day-to-day, long-term and perm (TTP)
  • You actively source and qualify candidates
  • You manage the client's needs and expectations
  • You maintain strong relationships in the market
  • You’ve built a solid network
