McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are specialists in introducing experienced Education Recruitment Consultants to Education recruitment agencies in London and throughout the UK. We work as a partner supporting all agencies hiring in either Primary, Secondary/ FE and SEND.
You will be considered if:
- You have a minimum of two years experience working in Education recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant
- You have experience winning new business with new schools
- You have a proven record of billing well booking in day-to-day, long-term and perm (TTP)
- You actively source and qualify candidates
- You manage the client's needs and expectations
- You maintain strong relationships in the market
- You’ve built a solid network
