Branch Manager in Derby

McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are working with an established, well-known education recruitment agency with an office in Nottingham who are looking to hire a Branch Manager.

This is a rare, non-billing role.

The role will focus more on coaching, training, mentoring, growing days and eventually hiring whilst inheriting a team billing c600 days per week.

You will be required to work in the office 4-days a week and WFH on a Wednesday with car parking provided.

This is a great opportunity for an education Team Leader looking to progress or an education Branch Manager looking for a new challenge.

To be considered you must be able to travel to the Nottingham office daily and your must be an experienced professional having many years working in education recruitment for an education recruitment agency.
